Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the order date. We strive to ensure that your gift box/order matches the product images exactly. However, in cases where certain items are unavailable or discontinued, we may need to substitute them. If a substitution is necessary, we will contact you with alternative options.

● We ship across Canada using Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.
● Estimated shipping time: 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
● Holiday season: Shipping times may be longer due to increased demand.

Pickup and Same-Day Delivery
● Curbside Pickup: Free curbside pickup is available. Call us at (604) 653-2962 to arrange a pickup time.
● Same-Day Delivery: Available in the Metro Vancouver and Richmond areas. Call us at (604) 653-2962, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Rates
● Shipping rates vary depending on where you want the product delivered, your preferred delivery date, and whether it is being delivered within the metro Vancouver area.
● Local Courier: These are hand deliveries within the metro Vancouver and Richmond areas via local courier. Charges are $10 or $15 depending on your location. We are usually able to deliver within 1- 2 business days (Monday to Friday) within the metro Vancouver and Richmond areas with a local courier.
● We use Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator to ship boxes across Canada. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the gift, the distance your gift will be traveling and the service you select. Our website provides estimated shipping times that are best case scenarios but please be advised that we cannot guarantee exact shipping times. The shipping times listed when you checkout are estimations of arrival times and are not a guarantee.

Shipping to the USA
We do not currently ship to the USA, but we hope to offer this service in the near future.

Delivery Timing Requests
● Standard Shipping: Gifts typically ship within 1 to 2 business days from the order date.
● Specific Delivery Dates: If you would like your gift to arrive on a specific date, please mention it in the ‘Additional Notes’ section at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns on any products. However, if there are any issues with your gift upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours. We take every measure to ensure your gift box arrives in perfect condition.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

For orders with multiple shipping addresses, you have two options:
1. Checkout separately for each order
2. Email us at info@thekoshbox.ca with details of your multi-piece order, and we will send you a single invoice for all gifts.
When emailing, please include:
● Recipient’s full name, address, and phone number
● Items you are purchasing
● Personal message (if applicable)

Personalized Notes

You can add a personal note to your gift. Simply enter your message in the
"PERSONALIZED MESSAGE FOR NOTE CARD" box at checkout.

Are All Your Products Kosher

We are Certified Kosher under the supervision of the BC Kosher (BCK). All food products carry the necessary labelling and are guaranteed to be parve / chalav yisroel and pas yisroel.
